The Divisional Officer for Kumba II subdivision, Pierre Sezode, has allegedly attempted rigging the twin elections that were recently conducted to elect a new executive for the Kumba II motorbike riders' union.
According to sources, the administrator's act was aimed at favoring the ruling CPDM party.
