A police commissioner and two police officers have been arrested in Bangolan, Babessi sub division in the North West Region for allegedly raping a 23 year old detainee. According to reliable sources, 23 year old Winfred Ndiwani and her husband Thaddeus Ndiwani, were recently detained at the Babessi police station for taking part in the Bangolan chieftaincy crisis.
