There is untold grief and agony in the Muyuka subdivision of the Southwest region, following a fatal motor accident over the weekend that claimed scores of lives.
Sources said about 20 lives were lost, when a truck rammed head on with a commercial bus along the Buea-Muyuka highway, precisely at the mile 29 hill.
Sources say the truck transporting chocolates, Sweets and Crates which was descending the mile 29 hill lost control and violently hit the bus on its way to Buea around 4 am. Eye witness account says another small vehicle was trapped beneath the truck.
