Littoral Region: Retired Soldier Commits Suicide

 

 A man who is in his 50s is reported dead after drowning inside the Dibamba River in the Littoral region on Tuesday 25 October, 2016. The man whose names TCR got as Emmanuel Rene is a retired Soldier that is said to have worked for Spanish military before returning home after retirement.
