Captain Emmanuel Neba Tikum has been referred to the Prosecutor's office at the Military court in Douala to answer charges related to land fraud. He was also accused of attacking the land owner with at least seven accomplices who will also stand before the Military Court of Douala to answer charges against forgery in private or commercial writing, usurpation of uniform and decoration, Usurpation of title, illegal possession of firearms, simple threats and conditional threats.
