Governor of Center Region Adds to Sorrow of Cameroonians as he Passes on.

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization has announced the death of the Governor of the Centre Region, Joseph Otto Wilson. He died from an illness in an American Hospital in Paris,  the capital of France where he was evacuated for medical treatment.
