In the presence of the Finance and Budget Committee of the National Assembly, Alamine Ousmane Mey
explained the sources of funding of the budget 4 373.8 billion.
The draft budget for 2017 of the State of Cameroon balances revenues and expenditures at FF 4,373.8 billion.
There is an increase of FF 139.1 billion, or 3.3% Envelope 2016. This finance bill, according to Alamine
Ousmane Mey, Minister of Finance (MINFI), "was drawn up in accordance with the high guidelines of the
Head of State, aimed at consolidating economic growth in a difficult international context". At the end of the
presentation, members of the government were asked to defend their respective budget envelopes before the
Finance Committee of the National Assembly. During seven hours of the clock, MINFI minister Alamine
