Tussle Between Akere, Ama Tutu Muna: Topnotch Members of Cameroon Bar Mobilize to Defend Akere Muna

TCR has gathered that there is serious mobilization of erstwhile and current kingpins of the Cameroon Bar Association to defend their colleague Barrister Akere Muna, in the legal strife that pits him against his kid sister, Ama Tutu Muna, former Minister of Arts and Culture.

The tussle is in relation to the sharing of their late father, Solomon Tandeng Muna’s property.
Reports said that during the last hearing of 26th June 2018, more than 50 former and present Bar members came out to support and defend Akere Muna, who is equally a Presidential aspirant.

Recall that Ama Tutu Muna is accusing big brother Barrister Akere Muna, of 'misinterpreting facts in the late father's will, concealing of the truth of the legal procedure relating to the court judgment about the will, forgery and use of forgery in the management of their late father's assets'.

During one of the hearings, Barrister Ben Muna presented documents, proving that their junior sister Ama Tutu Muna, who is the principal plaintiff, knew of the succession judgment that she is contesting today.

Meanwhile, several critics have unleashes severe opprobrium at the venerated children of late S.T. Muna, for being unable to resolve their family brouhaha amicably but rather allowing it to hit public space.
