"Social Media New Form of Terrorism" says Cameroonian Hon. Caveye Yeguie Djibrile

Work has begun in both houses of parliament in Cameroon for the November session. As is tradition, this ordinary session which is the last for the year, is devoted to the voting and adoption of the 2017 state budget. While opening the session Thursday November 10, 2016, House Speaker of Cameroon's National Assembly described social media as a new form of terrorism. He said "The social media is developing into a new form of terrorism. it has become as dangerous as a missile. It has become a real social pandemic in Cameroon."
