TCR has gathered that Ama Tutu Muna, former Minister of Arts and Culture, has sued her brothers to court including Akere, to get an equal division of their deceased father's property.
Reports say that the children of Solomon Tandeng Muna, do not agree on how the inheritance of the former president of the National Assembly of Cameroon is managed.
On February 19, Ama Tutu Muna, the youngest of the siblings, sued her brothers to claim a fair share of the property left by their father.

Some other sources cliam that the disagreement amongst the Muna children had been tabled before traditional authorities of their village in Ngye-Mbo, but that, a solution was not found for it at the end of the meeting.
This summons comes at a time that Akere Muna is bracing up for the 2018 presidential election in which he plans to contest as candidate.
