Northwest Region: Woman Seeks Divorce from Husband that Prefers Masturbation to Sex

The 39-year-old lady also accuses her husband of having deprived her of sex for several months.

A lady in Ndop, Ngoketunjia division of the Northwest region, has filed a complaint with a court demanding a divorce from her husband.

According to sources, the 39 year old woman from Yabassi in the Littoral region of Cameroon has been married in Ndop since 2008.

According to the complainant, her husband had deprived her of sex for several months, and instead preferred to engage in “strange” sexual practices. “I got married on November 25, 2008. At the beginning of our wedding, everything was good. Even if we had some difficulties, it was not a problem for me. But as the days went by, my husband started to change and things got worse. Imagine that at 39, I knew no other man than him. I gave him my virginity after our marriage. But shortly after I married her, he stopped showing me affection,” she said.
The woman further maintained that her husband stopped making love to her. “He prefers to masturbate instead of fulfilling his marital duty. I cannot continue to stay in this marriage where I am permanently humiliated and dishonored,” she told the judges while sobbing.
