A
grandmother in her 80s has been insolently raped while returning back from farm
by a man who happens to be in his
early 20s in the town of Nanga-Eboko, centre region on Saturday 11th of
February, 2017.
According
to report gathered, this said woman, name undisclosed was returning from farm
in the evening hours of Saturday very tired and helpless. Due to the lengthy
walk, she decided to take some rest along a narrow path far off from town. Having
felt into a conscious sober, she was taken unaware by an energetic 25 year old
boy who wasted no time to forcefully penetrate her sexually. In this helpless
situation, the boy had to force grass into her mouth again in a bit to frustrate
her intention in creating an alert via loud cries.
After
an intense sexual deal with this grandmother, the young man majestically
without any fear of wrong escaped into thin air. Helplessly lying down naked
and unconscious, a passerby returning from farm spotted her some few meters off
the bush pavement just to arrive the scene and realized this poor old woman
lying helplessly. She raised an alarm and other helpers rushed to the scene and
this old woman was quickly rushed to the Nanga-Eboko Central Hospital where she
was been administered treatment. It was at this juncture that she regained her
consciousness an exposed the whole story.
The
matter was reported immediately to the law enforcement officials of the town who
wasted no time to open an investigation to trap down the perpetrator of such an
abominable act. Others concluded that with such an act, it is a clear sign that
the world is soon to come to an end.
