A security guard belonging to the G4 security company, has died in a fatal road accident in Limbe, Fako division of the Southwest region.
The accident occurred on Thursday August 10, 2017 along the Limbe-Moliwe highway.
Eyewitnesses told TCR that, the mishap occurred while a private car transporting passengers from Mutengene to Limbe, overtook another vehicle in top speed and dashed into a ditch along the Limbe-Moliwe highway.
During the crash, the security guard whose name we got as Tafor Victory, fell off the car through the shattered windscreen and died on the spot.
Other passengers onboard the crashed vehicle, sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
At press time, the accident had been blamed on over speeding.
