Security forces Shoot 26 Year Old Medical Doctor

Elements of the security force are reported to have shot a young medical doctor whose name TCR got as Veh Dinga-Nyoh working with the PMI district hospital in Nkwen. 

Eyewitnesses revealed that  the taxi in which she was being transported to work stopped at Ghana Street in Nkwen to drop a military woman who was in the same taxi.

TCR gathered that Security forces who were on duty at a control point at Mobil Nkwen stopped the driver for wrong parking. They then demanded his car documents but he refused to give and the situation led to an argument between him and security forces. The driver out of anger drove the car at top speed and one of the security forces that was at the control check point started shooting indiscriminately at the taxi.

unfortunately, Dr Veh Dinga-Nyoh of PMI Nkwen Bamenda was caught in the back.

She was rushed to the PMI district hospital in Nkwen where she works and then later referred to the Mbingo Baptist hospital where she was being attended to at press time.

The shooting of the young doctor has greatly infuriated Bamenda denizens who have continued to chide the excesses of security operatives.
